My goal is to raise mental health awareness and help end the stigma associated with it. I want to help create a safe place for individuals to discover their full potential to live a rewarding and meaningful life. My sessions offer an eclectic approach, catering to clients’ individual personalities. My therapy style focuses on providing a safe space to my clients for unhindered expression without any judgement or preconceived notions. This is followed by a series of reflective conversations and exercises which help the client explore in-depth about themselves and the issues at hand. I believe in providing complete autonomy to the client while taking their life by guiding and supporting them whenever necessary.
