I am a mental health advocate I finished my psychology course and bridged it to social work.I have experience working with south Africa psyche society which deals with mental health awareness and support.I am a trained peer advisor based at university of Pretoria student affairs .I have 3years been a mentor and my speciality it's on mental health /wellness.

I hold a social work degree specialising in psychology.I have experience working with teenage ,family ,couples and any age group individuals.I am a mental health advocate,I believe everything that surrounds us it starts on our mental health/wellness.I have experience working with teenages with mental health illness and youth going through depression and suicide attempts.I have experience working at a hospice ,where I got exposed to palliative care,I was providing psychosocial support to patients receiving palliative care,I went abroad by also supporting their family care giver.This has been impactful and helpful initiative ,within the group of caregivers we formed a support and education group ,we dealt with acceptance,anger-mangement,depression and other issues arises specific for the group members.”you cannot pour from an empty cup”
